Booking Conditions
- By ordering an airport transfer from us you agree to pay the quoted rate for the required number of persons
- These bookings are provided as a quote only and are not live or guaranteed
- Your booking will be confirmed by email or by telephone once we have received your request
- We reserve the right to charge additional fees if your party size is larger than we can accommodate
Deposits
- You will need to pay a deposit to confirm the booking
- This can be arranged in cash, bank transfer or by Paypal in different currencies
- Where credit card payments are involved we reserve the right to charge a processing fee
- Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking which has not been confirmed by payment of a deposit
- You can cancel a booking up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date
- Cancellations before 4 weeks incur a 25% charge on the booking amount
- Cancellations within 4 weeks carry a 100% charge on the booking amount
