We will advise you on achievable rental rates determined by the size, facilities & location of your property & can also take internal/external photos to add to your listing. We do not take any payment up front – the only payment we take is commission from letting out your apartment. This ensures that we will do our utmost to take bookings on your behalf.

If you wish we can provide a Property Management service – either full or part. This may just be key holding or a full service to include payment of bills & cleaning & laundry services. It can be tailor made to suit your needs with added services when required.
